Oil & Grease
Most basic maintenance contract, includes regular visit to cleans, lubrication and basic resetting. It also provide full checklist to check the damage of our parts. If there is any part that need to be changed, additional cost is added.
Semi Comprehensive
Maintenance contract including all provided in oil and grease, and free replacement for consumable.
Comprehensive
Provide full protection for your elevator and Escalator, including full replacement of worn and damaged spare part and all services included in Oil & Grease.
Modernization
Provide cost effective solution to old Escalator / elevator without the need to purchase a new units. This usually includes replacement of major parts with the newest technology, without having to change parts that are still usable.
